Customizing Your Items
Our products are designed to get you MOST of the way there. We will e-mail you Microsoft Word documents that you will be able to edit and customize to fit your needs. Colors, photos and text can all be changed.

Photos
If you don't care for the stock photos used on the sample items, please contact us regarding alternative photos. If you would like to use your own photos, you can easily upload them to our site using our "Send a File" feature. We always recommend using some of your own photos when possible to give your materials a bit more personalization.

Logos
If you already have an existing logo, you can upload the file to our site using our "Send a File" feature. For best results, please provide Adobe Illustrator (AI) or EPS files. If there is a problem with the file you upload, we will contact you directly to ensure high quality printing. If you don't have a logo and would like us to design one for you, simply call or e-mail us.

Location Maps
All items include creating a map for your clinic. Please indicate specific roads, highways, stores or businesses that you would like to include.

Custom-Designed Items
If you have items that have already been printed or designed, please call or e-mail for special pricing.

Payment Policy
We require a 50% downpayment to begin the design/printing process. We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. The remaining balance, including shipping, is required prior to shipment of final materials.

Postage
We ask that postage be paid prior to any direct mail campaign. A check made payable to "U.S. Postmaster" will be necessary to process each mailing. A 4% credit card fee will be assessed to all that choose to pay postage via credit card.
